1. Returns and Refunds: General Guidelines

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund.
  • Full refunds will be issued if the item is returned in its original, undamaged, and unused condition.
  • Partial refunds (50%) will be issued if the item is damaged or shows signs of use, applicable for returns made with standard shipping.

2. Insured Shipping

  • If you purchased insured shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement if the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Items sent with insured shipping that are lost or sent to an incorrect address will also qualify for a full refund or a replacement after proof of shipping address is provided.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • If the item was sent to the wrong address, you are eligible for either a partial refund or a replacement at no additional cost, as long as liable proof of an existing correct address is provided.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Arrival

  • If the item arrives damaged, please provide proof of damage within 10 days to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • If the incorrect item, size, or color was sent, please notify us within 14 days of receipt, and return the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send out the correct item along with a 20% discount code for a future purchase.

Note: All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
